What kind of devices emit this radiation?
Smartphones, iPad's, tablets, laptops, gaming remotes, consoles, smart TV's, WiFi routers, smart meters, smart watches, remote controls and many more.

How do I know how much is harmful?
There is much discussion around this subject. Manufacturers have warnings about devices being used in direct contact with the body and the negative, harmful effects of this use on your health. These warnings are usually hard to find and buried deep in the phones menu. Manufacturers are by law required to conduct studies but these studies do not take into account testing for 'real life use' and often based on outdated protocols. Technology is changing rapidly (5G, smart meters) and regulators are behind the times with updating there warnings. We have recommend some links below for further education.

How do you measure EMF's and RF's?
EMF and RF are measured in
volts per meter (V/m). You can purchase a EMF reader online. We recommend Lantex All-in-one EMF reader or a good quality one. The cost about $300 but are worth every cent. We don't recommend the ones you can get in the app. store, they aren't reliable as your phone is emitting signals that don't make for an accurate reading.

How do Cush Co. pillow covers protect me from radiation?
All of our handmade pillow covers have a silver liner sewn in that is made of a fabric that interrupts RF and EMF radiation. This protective pillow reduces the amount of radiation your are exposed to by lifting the device away from your body (the pillow) and interrupting the waves that are emitted from your device (the liner).

What is in the silver lining?
